What is it?
- We cleanse our bodies of unwanted toxins, chemicals substances and waste. Weʼll
be guided through our cleanses with tips and ideas about making the most of this vital
component of body rejuvenation!!
- Food is fuel and we are a master at grazing throughout the day. Our bodies do not
“go without”.
- We consume more living, whole foods bringing our bodies into balance.
- We take time to prepare our food each week. With a concentrated effort once a week we can prevent poor nutrition choices and empower our food choices!
- Weʼre open to trying new recipes and food suggestions.
- Weʼre not about deprivation! We manage our portions and strive to consistently put RIGHT choices first.
- When we indulge a craving- we do so and then MOVE ON!
- Weʼll become more conscious about the ingredients within our foods. We strive to become an educated consumer! While learning to purchase our foods on the outskirts of the supermarket aisles we become a better nutrition advocate for our self and our family.

We live in positive affirmations about our selves and our physical form.
- We journal to record our thoughts, our achievements and our struggles. Journaling
without judgment is a powerful tool we rely on to move us to the next level.
- We like moving outside of our comfort zone. We know that this is when true growth
begins! We encourage each other and ourselves to be OK to fail and try again.
When we overcome the wall which stops us- then we OWN the new skill and will

The Liv Style is about health. We encourage people to consciously choose what they put into their body, and how they treat themselves, body, mind, and spirit.
For some people, their main goal is weight loss. While the Liv Style may assist you in losing weight, everyone’s body loses weight differently. If you weigh everyday please be aware that hormones, water intake, and other factors may affect your weight on a daily basis. However, if you note a general trend towards losing, then you can be assured that the products are working for you. Please do not be discouraged if your weight loss isn’t as rapid as others. Take your measurements, be conscious of what you eat, use the products, and you will have success.
